This form cannot be submitted online. You must print the form, fill it out in ink, attach a check or money order of $50 for the deposit and a separate check or money order for the useage fee ($25 for the first three hours and $10 for each hour thereafter).
You can either bring it into Town Hall (Monday - Thursday 7:30 am – 5:00 pm), place it in the drop box next to the Town Hall door, or mail it to:
